Originally from Chicago, Samantha moved to San Francisco in 2006 and loves that everything she needs is within walking distance. She studied early childhood education and taught for many years before shifting gears to work in administration. She comes to BanCal after managing a law office in the financial district.
When she’s not managing workflows or solving problems of the workday, she might be brunching, boxing, meeting friends for cocktails or dancing to 90’s music. Her personal anthems are “Just Fine” by Mary J. Blige and “Beautiful, Loved and Blessed,” by Prince.

Anetta has been with BanCal since 2018, initially serving as a team lead in the HOA division. After managing HOAs for a decade, however, she opted to transition to rental property management and now has oversight of a portfolio of BanCal’s rental properties.
Staying organized keeps her calm under pressure and on top of the myriad details and demands of the day. When she’s not orchestrating repairs or inspections, reviewing
budgets, supporting resident managers, or poring over the finer points of applicable property laws and regulations, she’s likely going to Zumba classes, playing with her two pet parrots, or practicing her Portuguese.

companies, where she builds strong relationships with clients and gives individualized

and a culture committed to caring for the team as thoughtfully as our clients.

as she explores neighborhoods, delves into city lore and soaks up the scenery. She is
also a full-time student at City College pursuing a degree in art history.
